A gathering of my running gadgets, but it's the only picture I have of the iPod. If you look close at my iPod you will see the very peppy and running inspirational "Jerk It" by Thunderheist is playing. You just can't walk to that song!
The Infamous Mill! Some may say it's antiquated but hey, it moves and it does the job and we love to hate each, The Mill and Me!
Top of The Mill. Right side is distance, time and pace; middle is how many steps, left side is incline, heart rate, MPH and calories burned. What you see here is how far I ran, how may steps I took and the incline setting from my run on 1-19-13. The numbered buttons are MPH. To the right you see the control for the fan that doesn't work. To the left is the "programs" button. I never use the fan or the programs button. Perhaps I should try out the programs one day.
